Healing With Parul

Studio Henry partnered with spiritual mentor Parul Gupta to create a refined suite of photography and video content supporting the launch of her affirmation deck, Finding Magic in Your Mess, while capturing the deeper essence of her healing practice.The project centred on embodiment and transformation — visually exploring themes of grief and joy, shadow and empowerment, ritual and reclamation. Through intentional creative direction and careful consultation, the shoot was designed to honour the emotional depth and spiritual foundation of Parul’s work.Delivered through a half-day session combining portraiture, product lifestyle imagery, and cinematic motion, the final content library balances softness with strength. Warm, earthy tones and natural textures guided the aesthetic, resulting in a cohesive visual toolkit designed to support Parul’s website, product promotion, and ongoing brand storytelling.
